CMT公布了八集有限剧集《太阳唱片》（Sun Records）的正式预告片。该剧描述上世纪五十年代孟菲斯「音乐」与「种族」相碰撞，最终诞生了流行音乐史上第一批巨星。这些年轻艺人一夜成名之后，不得不面对剧烈的政治动荡和社会变化。Leslie Grief担任执行制片人，获得奥斯卡奖提名的Roland Joffé执导。故事起始于1956年12月，在孟菲斯太阳唱片的录音棚里，Elvis Presley、Carl Perkins、Jerry Lee Lewis和Johnny Cash第一次会面。在这次会议上，他们随意演唱并录制了一批福音歌曲和山区乡村摇滚歌曲。这些内容中的一部分（包括17首歌）在1981年第一次公诸于众。又过了很多年，其他内容也被找到，一张新的专辑正式发布。2006年，一部音乐剧将他们的这次会议搬上了舞台。2010年，这部音乐剧首次在百老汇演出...。由久米田康治原作的《绝望先生》，于2005年开始在讲谈社周刊少年Magazine连载。作品是以12页的独立单元式短篇开展故事，在每一话中，大量渗入对日本的社会现象及自我的嘲讽，并基于作者本身的学识，使用自行创作或特定的词彙，带出有关事件，以及有关的笑点。因此作品内隐藏（或不明显）的物件及文字、让知情者会心微笑的时事材料、诙谐式模彷及笑话的内容，成为作品的最大特色。后来根据本作改编的两季TV动画、在新房昭之监督的带领下更是展现出不失原作风格的魅力。 之前曾推出两部动画版的「绝望先生」，此次迎来了其第三次的动画化。新作标题为「狱・绝望先生」、并决定将以OAD的形式推出。在去年推出的「翼 TOKYO REVELATIONS」OAD版大获成功之后，最近讲谈社旗下的作品推出的OAD初回限定版都是以DVD捆绑漫画来发售，比如即将发售的「魔法先生白之翼」和「校园迷...。Disarmingly realistic in its depiction of the realities of frontier life, Heartland is a strong antidote to the cliches of traditional Westerns. This semi-documentary slice of life is based on the diaries of Elmore Randall Stewart about her days on the Wyoming frontier in the early 20th century. It's a strongly feminist statement about a woman raising her small daughter alone and scrapping for a living by working for a shy Scottish rancher. Director Richard Pearce brings an endearing touch to a film that is helped greatly by the dazzling cinematography of Fred Murphy. Conchata Ferrell and Rip Torn star in this small film that substitutes veracity for a high-powered plot. Pearce worked as a cinematographer on Woodstock and other documentaries before making his directorial debut. Winner of the 1980 Berlin Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival。
