因最后一次任务而感到内疚的老兵与好友的遗孀联手渗透进了一个危险的哥本哈根摩托帮。。某天，小新闲逛的时候捡到一个动感超人的面具，戴上面具后，小新发现自己竟然能和动感超人通话。他被任命为代表正义的动感间谍，专门与邪恶势力作战，并且见到了他的搭档——7岁女孩苏诺萌·柠檬（爱河里花子 配音）。在柠檬的带领下，小新开始作为动感间谍的艰苦训练。在这一过程中，面向凶恶的怪大叔不断偷袭小新，而在这一系列事件背后，似乎又隐藏着两个神秘的国家——无声屁共和国与不放屁王国。看似善良的柠檬也变得正邪难辨。不久，小新更和柠檬闯入了困难重重的不放屁王国……。This popular animated television cartoon featured two Stone Age families, the Flintstones and their neighbors, the Rubbles. Much of the humor was based on its comic portrayals of modern conveniences, reinterpreted using Stone Age 'technology.' Most notably were their cars, complete with absence of floorboards to allow them to be 'foot-powered.'。
