本片讲述的是民国初年，上海风云人物永贞去上海之前发生的一段永贞之父为了守护刀谱和宝藏的秘密，最后惨死在土匪手下，失去父亲的永贞不得不和母亲一起逃亡所展开的故事。。聂抗天的父母因宝藏而在抗天出生不久遭曲忍所杀。逆天唯我以挚友的身份救他至古霜霜处医疗胎毒，霜有一对孪生女儿曲兰陵与古雪。后被曲忍抢去其一，抗天趁机逃出移天神宫。二十年后，抗天与兰陵及古雪若下一段三角情缘；另一方面曲忍正展开消灭八大门派之计划。抗天机缘之下终练成天人刀法，负起保卫武林之责。Mike Locken is one of the principal members of a group of freelance spies.
